Forwarding your calls to a call center: how it works

No hardware, no number change, no on-site installation. Here is exactly what happens between your phone system and our agents.

Step 1: you keep your number

Your customers keep calling the same number. We do not port it and we do not change it. You simply add a forwarding rule in your system (VoIP, PBX or traditional line).

Step 2: you choose when we answer

Full 24/7 forwarding, schedule-based forwarding (evening, overnight, weekend, holidays), or conditional forwarding: we only take the call if your lines are busy or nobody answers after a set number of rings.

That overflow mode is very popular with clinics and municipalities during peak hours.

Step 3: script and escalation

We write your greeting word for word, your mandatory questions, your exception cases and your escalation tree: who to call, in what order, after how many minutes without an answer.

Step 4: message delivery

Email, SMS, direct entry in your CRM or calendar, or all three. Every call leaves a timestamped record your team finds in the morning.

Total lead time: 24 to 48 hours

Discovery, scripts, agent training, line testing, go live. Most of our clients are operational within one to two business days.
